On July 26, 2019, Women of Colors will host "How I Overcame" featuring Suzanne Greenburg (Executive Director of the Michigan Children's Trust Fund), Vera Harrison (CAN Council and Saginaw Oublic Schools Board Member), Jonelle Bowers (Nonprofit Consultant and Story Teller), Hazelette Crosby (MSW MCCD Board President) and Deborah Templeton (UAW Chaplancy Committee)

On February 28, 2020 Women of Colors will host “How I Overcame” featuring inspirational stories shared by a panel of community members. The event will take place at SVRC at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $10 and refreshments will be served.
